Book Review Policy

If you're interested in having us review your novel please email us at: TheFiftyShadesofHot(at)gmail(dot)com.

Book Preferences:

• Adult Romance & EROTICA. Most of the novels we read are targeted at females.

Depending on its size reading can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks, but reviews will be posted 1-4 weeks before the books publication (this applies for ARCs only). Please note books with sooner publication dates have priority.

All of our reviews are posted on this website as well as Amazon.com, BN.com & Goodreads. If you would like us to post it on a particular website please include this in your query email.

Also, we like to do other things to help you promote your book, such as author interviews or giveaways. If you have any other ideas or general questions please just contact us and we can discuss them.

Our Reviews:

• In our reviews we will include cover art, title, author, rating (from 1 to 5 diaminds) and a synopsis in our reviews. Our reviews will be our honest opinions and will include constructive criticism. We do not bash or purposely disrespect authors within our reviews. 

Disclaimer: We do promote books we love in anyway we can whether it is via Twitter, Facebook or my own book blog. Please understand we are NOT obligated to review books that are not requested, but we do our utmost to review every book we're given.

Our intention is to NEVER bash or disrespect the author. We understand the time and effort put into writing a novel. If we feel that we can not write a honest review on your book we will notify you as soon as possible. If you would like to know why, we will send you a message via email with details why we could not complete your review. This is rare and not something we like to do on a regular basis.

We DO NOT sale or redistribute any of the review or finished copies of books we receive. Any copy that we receive stays within our own personal collection. We are currently working with 4-5 reviewers on this site. If you send a request any one of our reviewers can be reviewing your novel.

If you submit a review request and you do not hear back from us within a week, please assume that we have moved on to other requests. 

Submissions will be screened according to our guidelines and availability. Please do not email us your ebook along with your request. NEVER do this (We are a legit review site, but there are many sites out there that are not. This is a good way to get your book pirated!

If we accept your request then and only then can you email/mail us your book. If you decide to email us your book without our acceptance it will go immediately to our trash. Sorry but we're serious about this. Please do NOT do this.
